On payment of the agreed financial contribution organisations have the right to attend and participate in the meetings of the Group and shall be called the Members of the SRG.

Participating organisations must ensure that individuals with unspent criminal convictions do not represent them.

In arriving at decisions, member organisations will have 1 vote if they have less than 100 members, 2 votes for 100-999 members, and 5 votes if  they have over 1000 members.

Subscriptions will be £100 per organisation minimum, plus £1.50 for each member over 100.

The subscription year is the calendar year.
